Ivynova solutions are designed around the same workforce-development outcomes emphasized by CareerSource Florida: stronger skills, higher productivity, greater competitiveness, and company growth.

Eligible for-profit Florida small businesses may receive reimbursement of up to 75% of pre-approved training costs through the Incumbent Worker Training grant. Most eligible businesses may qualify for up to 50%; priority criteria determine access to the higher rate.
